Cassette is a music visualizer that frames your release like a lovingly-kept tape deck display: a diagonal accent panel carries your album cover, gently bobbing with a soft sheen, while the player block beside it stacks an eyebrow line, a big title, your artist name, a reactive tape-head waveform, and a progress bar with elapsed and remaining times.
The waveform is the honest part: every little bar moves with your actual song, never a canned loop, so kicks punch, choruses swell, and the bars settle flat when the track goes quiet. The progress bar tracks your song's real length, so the countdown on screen is the countdown on record.
The row of bars under your title jumps on hits, settles between them, and draws a clean flat line at silence. The Reaction setting picks a Smooth, flowing feel or a Snappy, tight one, and a Waveform energy slider trims how hard it swings.
Your cover sits large on the diagonal color panel, gently bobbing with a moving sheen. It reads as a hi-fi object in the frame, not a thumbnail in the corner.
The scrubber and its elapsed / remaining times track your track's actual length, gradient-filled in the panel accent with a bright playhead dot, and you can switch it off entirely.
Landscape, portrait, and square each get their own tuned layout: cover placement, type sizes, and waveform width are set per format, never cropped from one master.
