Common questions

How do I change my email address?

It cannot be changed from your account yet. The address you signed up with is the one you sign in with. If you need a different one, get in touch.

How do I change my password?

On your account page, or through the forgotten password link on the sign in page if you cannot get in.

Why was I signed out when I signed in somewhere else?

An account can only be active on one device at a time. That is deliberate: it stops a shared password quietly becoming a shared account.

How do I delete my account?

At the bottom of your account page, under Delete account. Type your email to confirm. It removes your projects, uploads, rendered videos and AI artworks permanently, and cancels your subscription at the same moment, so you are not charged again. It cannot be undone, and it waits until nothing is rendering on your account.

How do I disconnect YouTube?

On your account page, under Settings. Disconnecting removes our access to your channel; videos already uploaded stay on YouTube.

Can I get my data back after deleting?

No. Deletion is permanent, which is the point of it. Download anything you want to keep first.
